Custom Orders
1 Can I order a notebook or refills in a custom size?
We are happy to cut notebooks, covers and refills down to a custom size on request (at no extra cost). Just order the nearest size up and let us know the size you'd like in the notes section on the checkout page.
We will cut to your specified dimensions (to the nearest 1mm) so please double check your measurements before ordering! Unfortunately, custom-sized products cannot be returned.
2 Can your print a cover with my own design?
Our laminated covers are printed to order so can feature any design of your choice.
Fancy a soft-touch cover printed with a design of your choice? We take custom orders periodically and can include your design in our next print run. There's a small admin fee for this to cover the additional time it takes to collate the order.

PLEASE NOTE:
> You must supply the artwork in a suitable format.
> We are not able to copy or reproduce artwork that you've seen elsewhere.
> You must either own the artwork or have a license that allows you to reproduce it for your intended use. By ordering a print from us, you confirm this is the case.
3 Can you make a bespoke handmade cover for me?
Yes, we'd love to. We have a range of vintage-inspired wallpapers or can make a cover from a material of your choice. Please request a custom order and we'll be in touch to discuss your requirements.
4 Can you design custom paper refills for me?
Yes! Please request a custom order and we'll be in touch to discuss your requirements.
5 How do I request a custom order?
