Delivery & Returns

1    When will my order be delivered?
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class (UK Mainland). This will usually arrive within 2-5 working days but we can't guarantee this, especially in busy periods such as at Christmas (or, you know, if there's a global pandemic or something...). 
If you choose to upgrade to Super Speedy Delivery then we'll send it by Royal Mail 1st Class or a tracked equivalent (depending on order value).  This will usually arrive within 1-2 working days, but we can't guarantee this.
If you need your order by a certain date, please order well in advance and allow time for a replacement to be sent if it gets lost in the post (see below for timeframes). We can also offer tracked, expedited shipping if needed - please contact us for details.
2   What if it doesn't arrive on time?
If your order has not arrived when expected, please contact us. 
We cannot give a refund or send a replacement until we are able to make a claim with Royal Mail for a lost item. You can check Royal Mail's information on eligibility for claims here: (www.royalmail.com/help/lost-items-parcels-letters). 
In the event of a delay, we will offer you a couple of options:
(1) Wait until the claim eligibility date then we can issue a refund or send out a replacement.
(2) If you need the item urgently, you can purchase a replacement then return the spare for a refund when the original order arrives. As a gesture of goodwill, we would give you a free postal upgrade to a tracked service if you order a replacement, and provide a printable prepaid shipping label so you can return the extra item for a refund at no cost to you. You must obtain proof of postage when returning items to us. (If the original order has not arrived by the claim eligibility date then you would still be entitled to a refund for it.) 
Most items do turn up, if a little late, so please don't worry and try to be patient :)
3    What if my order is damaged in the post?
Please retain all packaging and take photographs of damage to both the packaging and the contents, as we will need these to make a claim from Royal Mail.
We will review the damage and issue a full or partial refund or replacement (as appropriate).
4    Can I return unwanted items?
We want you to love the items you buy from us! If you change your mind or they're not what you expected, you are welcome to return any unwanted items for a refund within 14 working days. We will be happy to provide a full refund (including the original postage costs) upon receipt of the item, providing it is still in a saleable condition.
Please ensure the item is properly packaged before returning it, to avoid damage in the post. Our original packaging should generally be fine for this so long as it is resealed.
Please note that you will need to cover the return postage costs unless the original item was faulty or damaged (in which case, please provide photographs and retain the packaging as above). You must also obtain proof of postage for returned items.
We cannot accept returns for personalised or custom items unless they are faulty or damaged.
