1 What size notebooks do you sell?
The A5 notebooks are our most popular size and we also offer A6 and A4 versions. We plan to add a range of refills sized for MAMBI Happy Planners soon. In the meantime, you can order A4 refills (for Big and Classic sizes) or A5 refills (for Mini size) and we will trim them to size. The A4 refills are 0.5cm narrower than the Big HP pages, the others will fit perfectly.
We are happy to cut items down to a custom size on request (at no extra cost). Just order the nearest size up and let us know the size you'd like in the notes section on the checkout page. We will cut to your exact dimensions (to the nearest 1mm) so please double check your measurements before ordering! Unfortunately, customised products cannot be returned.
2 What's the difference between a notebook bundle and a cover set?
The notebook bundle includes a front and back cover, a set of 20mm (0.75") discs and a 50-page refill pack. You can choose your discs and specify any combination of our plain or black and white printed refills when you order your notebook.
A cover set comprises a front and back cover only. No discs or paper are included.
3 How do I order my notebook?
We have lots of options for covers and refills and you can combine them as you like. Unfortunately, this isn't easy to manage on ETSY! We hope to make the order process simpler when we launch our own online shop (coming soon...).
In the meantime, the simplest way to offer the most choice and avoid an inventory management nightmare is to include all the paper options in the listing for each notebook cover design.
Please order your notebooks as follows:
> STEP 1 Choose your disc material and paper pack option from the product variations list
> STEP 2 Use the notes section on the checkout page to tell us (a) what combination of paper refill designs you would like in your pack and (b) what corner finish you'd prefer - if you don't specify, it will come with 1cm rounded corners as standard.
4 What do the 'paper pack' options means when ordering my notebook?
Rather than listing all the possible paper combinations, we ask you to pick a paper pack type and specify the details later on. This reduces the number of options and avoids potential confusion.
The options are:
> Pick a pattern (50 pages of that design)
> HALF & HALF (25 pages each of two different designs
> MIX & MATCH (50 pages of different designs, with at least 10 pages of each one) and
> COVER SET (no paper or discs).
You can make up your paper pack with plain paper and/or any of our black and white printed refill designs. Please see the Refills section or the relevant product listings for more details.
Please use the Notes section on the checkout page to tell us what combination of refill designs you'd like to include in your pack.
5 What if my chosen refill combination isn't available after I place my order?
ETSY's inventory system doesn't allow us to manage the stock levels of each individual refill option across multiple notebook listings, but most of our refills will be in stock most of the time. We will be able to manage inventory more easily when we switch to our new website.
We'll let you know straight away if your chosen combination is unavailable. There will usually only be a short wait before we restock but you're welcome to cancel or amend your order if you prefer.
6 How can I order a notebook with a different disc size?
Please just request a custom order and we'll be in touch to discuss your requirements.
7 How do I assemble my notebook?
Your notebook will arrive as a self-assembly bundle complete with simple instructions. This helps us keep postage costs down and means you'll know how to use your new notebook right from the start :)
